We believe that sustainability cannot be created by one person alone, but the collaboration and participation of all internal and external stakeholders which would lead to the development of the organizational growth. Sustainability strategy is not only a long-term goal, but needs to be part of the daily business operation. Integration of sustainability strategy to a strong business foundation will foster successful partnerships with society for the sustainable growth.
Integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to the sustainability strategy helps us identify the issues that create positive impacts, or at least, efficiently reduce the negative impacts. Materiality issues have also been linked with SDGs to identify the most relevant activities within Thai Wah’s value chain that directly or indirectly support the SDGs.
- Procurement of environmentally friendly products and services accounts for 8% of the total national procurement budget.
- Executives and associates participated in anti-corruption training at 100 percent and 99 percent of target group, respectively
- Disease-Free Cassava Stems Distributed to Farmers Increased by 13% to 903,792 Stems
- Farmer members on Thai Wah’s farming application increased by 88% to 39,500 members.
- Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA – SAI) Knowledge sharing and training provided for 1,440 farmers in Thailand and 859 farmers in Cambodia.
- Water consumption was reduced by 462 million liters
- Treated water as a percentage of used water remained at 100%
- Consumption of electricity generated by renewable energy accounted for 31% of the total electricity consumption
- Lost-Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) at 5.6
- Greenhouse gases emission scope 1 and 2 reduced 39% from year 2021
- Average Training Hours was 61 Hours/Person/Year
- Ratio of Female Associates to Male Associates Remained at 1:1
- Associates with Disabilities was 17 persons with 2,274,680 Baht to Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities

- R&D Spending Increased by 4.8 Million Baht to 41.1 Million Baht
